Customized Jerseys

Customized jerseys require additional processing time. Please allow an extra 2–3 business days in addition to the standard delivery timeline.

Important: Delivery timelines are estimated from the dispatch date and do not include order processing time.

Order Processing

• Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

• Customized orders may require additional processing time before dispatch.

• During peak sale periods, festivals, public holidays, product launches, or heavy order volumes, dispatch may take longer than usual.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

Prepaid Orders

Shipping Charge: ₹60

Partial COD Orders

Shipping Charge: ₹150

The Partial COD shipping charge includes courier handling, COD processing, and order verification costs.

We are continuously working to reduce shipping costs for our customers and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Partner

Jersey Nation primarily ships all orders through India Post for both prepaid and Partial COD orders.

India Post offers one of the largest and most reliable delivery networks in India, including service to remote towns and villages.

Customers who prefer a specific courier service may request an alternative shipping method. Such requests can only be considered for fully prepaid orders and may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Jersey Nation shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or recipient unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
