Return & Refunds
Returns
- We have a 48hrs return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will not be accepted after this time period.
- Please note that return is only applicable for manufacturing defects or defects during transport of our products.
- Returns will not be accepted for items due to sizing issues; please ensure sizing before purchase. please refer the size chart
Please be aware of this: Once a product is customized, it cannot be returned and is not refundable.
Exchange
- Exchanges are available if the customer wishes to swap their jersey for a different style, but they must contact Jersey Nation for further clarification.
- Any applicable additional fees must be paid by the customer including shipping costs.
Refund
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags still intact.
- After receiving the return, we'll check it over and provide a refund to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business working days.
- There will be an 30% deduction on the ordered price, if there is an demand for refund.
For Prepaid :
If a customer requests a return or cancellation before dispatch, a 6% processing fee will be deducted.
For customized items, cancellations after printing will incur applicable customization charges and the 6% fee.
