RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Jersey Nation, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for every customer. Please review our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Exchange Request Timeline

Any request for a return or exchange must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

To initiate a request, customers must contact our support team with clear photos or videos highlighting the issue with the product.


2. Eligible Exchange Cases

Exchanges will only be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect size delivered compared to the size ordered.

  • Incorrect product delivered by Jersey Nation.

  • Product received with a manufacturing defect or transit damage.


3. Customized Products Policy

Jersey Nation specializes in customized and personalized jerseys tailored to customer preferences.

Once a jersey has been customized with a name, number, patches, or any other personalization, it becomes:

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-exchangeable

  • Non-refundable

unless the error or defect was caused by Jersey Nation.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully verify all customization details before placing an order.


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product.

  • Dissatisfaction with the design, color, fit, or material after purchase.

  • Product has been used, washed, damaged, or is not in its original condition.

  • Product has been altered or modified by the customer.

  • Customized or personalized jerseys.


5. Exchange Charges

If an exchange request is approved for customer-related reasons, including size replacement, customers may:

  • Ship the product back using any courier service of their choice, or

  • Request Jersey Nation to arrange a pickup service.

If pickup assistance is requested, a return handling fee of ₹139 will be applicable.


6. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Jersey Nation reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet our quality inspection standards.


7. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds may take approximately 10–15 business days to reflect in the customer’s account depending on the respective bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • COD fees are non-refundable.

  • Handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error on the part of Jersey Nation.


8. Important Notice

Jersey Nation reserves the right to decline any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
