5. Partial COD Orders
For selected products, Jersey Nation may offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD).
Under Partial COD:
• An advance payment is collected at checkout.
• The remaining amount is payable upon delivery.
• The advance payment is non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery, provides incorrect information, remains unavailable for delivery, or cancels the order after processing has begun.
By placing a Partial COD order, the customer agrees to these conditions.
6. Shipping, Exchanges & Refunds
Shipping timelines, exchanges, cancellations, and refund conditions are governed by our separate policy pages.
Customers are encouraged to review all applicable policies before placing an order.
7. Customized Products
Customized jerseys, including jerseys with names, numbers, patches, or other personalization, are produced according to customer specifications.
Therefore:
• Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Customized products are non-exchangeable unless the error was caused by Jersey Nation.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying customization details before placing an order.
