CANCELLATION POLICY
At Jersey Nation, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Customers are requested to review this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed.
After the 4-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order may have already entered processing, printing, packaging, quality checks, or dispatch preparation.
Orders that have already been packed, customized, processed, or handed over for dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation, even if the request is made within the cancellation window.
Once an order has been processed, dispatched, shipped, or marked as fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized & Personalized Products
Customized and personalized jerseys are produced specifically according to the customer's requirements.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Player Names
• Jersey Numbers
• Patches and Badges
• Custom Text
• Special Printing Requests
Once the customization process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.
Customers are advised to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team within the 4-hour cancellation window and provide your Order ID.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through:
• WhatsApp
• Email
• Instagram Direct Message (DM)
All cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval in accordance with this policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved within the permitted cancellation period, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are generally processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank, payment provider, or payment gateway.
Cancellation Charges
Approved cancellations may be subject to a deduction of up to 8% of the order value to cover payment gateway fees, transaction charges, and order processing costs.
The applicable deduction may vary depending on the payment method used and the charges incurred during the transaction.
The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded to the original payment method.
Partial COD Orders
For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance payment is collected at the time of purchase.
The advance amount is intended to cover order verification, payment processing, packaging, and shipping preparation costs.
If a cancellation request is made after order processing has begun, the advance payment may be non-refundable.
Customers who refuse delivery, provide incorrect shipping information, remain unavailable for delivery, or cancel after processing begins may not be eligible for a refund of the advance amount.
Right to Refuse Cancellation
Jersey Nation reserves the right to refuse any cancellation request if:
• More than 4 hours have passed since the order was placed.
• The order has entered processing, printing, packaging, or customization.
• The order has been dispatched, shipped, or marked as fulfilled.
• The request violates our store policies, Terms & Conditions, or other applicable policies.
Policy Updates
Jersey Nation reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on our website.
